Terms and Conditions for Wali on Demand Program

Bismillah. Thank you for choosing our Wali on Demand service. Our mission is to provide guidance and support to Muslim women, including reverts, on their journey to marriage. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
1. Wali Availability

Regular Availability: Walis are available Saturday to Wednesday and are off on Thursdays and Fridays, except for weddings, where they are available as needed.

Email Responses: Email responses will be provided within 72 hours.

Phone Calls: Each client is entitled to two phone calls per month, lasting 45-60 minutes each. Phone calls will be scheduled within business hours from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time (USA).

Multiple Emails: Clients can send multiple emails per month, and a Wali will respond to each email within 72 hours.
2. Wali’s Role

Marriage Partner Vetting: Walis assist in vetting potential marriage partners, providing advice and offering guidance based on Islamic principles.

Guidance & Support: Walis guide you through the marriage process, answer questions, and offer spiritual and emotional support. However, the final decision regarding marriage is yours.

Phone Call Limits: Walis will engage in two phone calls per month, each lasting 45-60 minutes.
3. Wali for Weddings

Zoom Wedding Representation: For revert sisters, if you require a Wali to represent you at your wedding via Zoom, the fee is $250 for up to 3 hours. The Wali can act as a representative according to Islamic principles but cannot officiate the wedding.

Traveling Wali for Revert Sisters: If you require a Wali to attend your wedding in person, the fee is $2,500 for two days of service (up to 5 hours per day). This fee includes flight, hotel, and time.

Travel Restrictions: Available in specific states/provinces in the USA, Canada, and the UK. Please inquire for location availability.

Wedding Requests: Wedding requests must be made at least 30 days in advance to ensure scheduling.

Price Adjustments: Prices for services are subject to change. You will be informed in advance if changes affect your request.
4. Wali Availability During Holidays and Special Events

Eid and Ramadan: Wali services are not available during Eid (both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha).

During Ramadan, Wali services will be available from 9 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time (USA). Please plan accordingly.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Confidentiality: All communications with your Wali will be kept confidential, except in cases of self-harm, harm to others, or any legal matters requiring reporting.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): The Wali will sign an NDA to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

Safety Reporting: In cases of serious risk to your safety, we may need to report certain sensitive matters to the appropriate authorities.
6. Boundaries & Code of Conduct

Inappropriate Behavior: Any inappropriate behavior (e.g., offensive language, harassment, disrespect) will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Professionalism: Clients should communicate professionally and respect the Wali’s time, efforts, and boundaries.
7. Service Limitations

Guidance Only: Walis provide guidance and help vet potential marriage partners but cannot make personal or legal decisions for you.

Phone Call Limit: Walis are limited to two phone calls per month, lasting 45-60 minutes each.

Final Decision: The ultimate decision on marriage is yours, and the Wali cannot make that decision for you.
8. Fees & Payments

Non-Refundable Fees: All service fees, including those for weddings (Zoom or travel), are non-refundable.

Payment Process: Payments will be processed through the agreed platform.

Wedding Fees: Wedding-related fees (Zoom representation or travel) are separate and must be paid according to the terms listed above.

Payment Methods & Processing: Payments are processed securely through platforms such as PayPal, Wix, or other approved gateways. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and debit card payments. All financial transactions are encrypted for your protection, and we follow strict industry standards to ensure the security of your personal and financial information.

Currency & Taxes: Payments will be processed in the currency of your account. All relevant taxes will be included in the final price, and you will be notified of the total amount during the payment process.
9. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Phone Call Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a phone call, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Calls that are not rescheduled with prior notice will be considered forfeited for that month.

Wedding Rescheduling: For rescheduling wedding-related services (Zoom representation or travel), please inform us within 3 days after the payment is received.

If the request is made within 3 days, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply.

No cancellations or rescheduling will be allowed after 3 days from payment receipt, and no refund will be issued.

Wedding Cancellations: Cancellations after 3 days from receipt of payment are not allowed, and no refund will be issued.

Wali Unavailability: If a Wali becomes unavailable for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution. If no suitable alternative is available, we will fully refund your payment.
10. Force Majeure

Definition: A Force Majeure event refers to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other events that may affect the delivery of services.

Impact on Services: If a Force Majeure event occurs, we will notify you and make every effort to minimize the impact on your service. However, we are not liable for delays or non-performance due to such events.

Termination: Either party may terminate the service if a Force Majeure event makes it impossible to continue providing services. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and both parties will be released from further obligations.
11. Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

Liability Waiver: By using this service, you acknowledge that the Wali is offering guidance based on Islamic principles, and is not responsible for any personal decisions or outcomes resulting from that advice.

No Legal Responsibility: The Wali’s advice and guidance are intended for support, not for making legal or binding decisions. The final decision on marriage rests solely with you.

Release of Liability: The client agrees to release the Wali and the service from liability for any harm or disputes resulting from the use of the service, including any decisions or actions based on the Wali’s advice.
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email, and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
By using the Wali on Demand service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Liability Waiver. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact us.
